College

After receiving letters of varying news from different colleges we are all faced with a tough decision, and possibly one of the most important ones of our lives- which college do I want to go to?

We've all had this dream of going to college and being ultimately happy... ever since we're little, we'll be thinking of college. And those fantasies, yeah, they're pretty great. But let's take a moment to think. Really, what's the difference going to be? No parents. No annoying little siblings. No free laundry/food. And no more of mom's great cooking. What do we anticipate most? The freedom. Which is something, which I think, the parents fear most.

But looking at the fall from my standing point... I don't think life will be all that different. I mean, I'm still going to be me. I'm still going to have homework. I'm still going to have to do my laundry once a week. The change is only perceived in the fact that you live at school and are constantly surrounded by friends... but after a while, wouldn't you get bored of them, too?
